Close your eyes. Take a slow, deep breath, feeling the rise and fall of your chest. Now, bring your awareness to the top of your head and begin a gentle journey downward.

Notice the sensation of your hair, its texture, the way it frames your face. Let your attention caress your forehead, the curve of your brows, the depth of your eyes. Linger on your lips—soft, full, sensitive. Feel the shape of your ears, the length of your neck, the way your shoulders settle into place.

Trace your awareness down your arms, the strength in them, the grace in their movement. Let your hands rest on your chest, feeling the warmth of your skin, the contours of your pecs, the color and sensitivity of your nipples.

Move lower. Notice the gentle rise and fall of your belly, the curve of your hips. Appreciate the fullness of your thighs, the power they hold, the way they support and move you. Let your awareness flow down your calves, your ankles, and into the grounding presence of your feet.
