We’ll be focusing on isolating the sacrum. In Sexual Kung Fu, the sacrum plays a crucial role in cultivating and directing orgasmic energy. This triangular bone at the base of the spine is considered a key energetic center, deeply connected to both the root chakra (Muladhara) and the sacral chakra (Svadhisthana). These chakras govern our foundational energy, sexuality, and creative power, serving as the energetic roots from which our vitality flows.
In Taoist and tantric traditions, the sacrum is thought to store, regulate, and circulate sexual energy throughout the body. This energy, often referred to as Jing or life-force energy, is a vital component of Sexual Kung Fu practices, helping to strengthen the body, enhance pleasure, and refine one’s energetic awareness. Physically, the sacrum is a structural anchor—without it, we wouldn’t be able to stand, move, or function properly.
Metaphorically, the sacrum is the flying buttress of our body temple, supporting the entire spinal column while acting as a conduit for sexual and creative energy. A healthy, mobile sacrum allows for a free flow of energy throughout the body, ensuring that sexual energy is properly maintained and integrated rather than blocked or dissipated. By working with the sacrum, we create a foundation for greater vitality, deeper pleasure, and more conscious energetic movement.
