Find Connection in Mountain
Stand heel to heel, back-to-back, feeling your partner’s spine support yours.
Root through the feet, lengthening the spine as if growing taller together.
Gently rest your head on one side of your partner’s neck, feeling their warmth and breath.
Switch sides, letting the weight of your head release tension in the neck.
Hand Connection & Breath Synchronization
Raise your arms out to the sides, palms facing the same direction you are looking.
One partner brings their hands under their partner’s hands, coming palm to palm in a gentle press.
Hold here, tuning into shared breath. Inhale together, feeling expansion through the back body. Exhale, softening deeper into each other’s presence.
Forward Fold Together
Step feet wide apart, maintaining contact as you fold forward from the hips.
Allow your back to roll away from your partner’s but stay lightly connected at the sacrum if possible.
Release tension in the upper body, arms hanging down or holding opposite elbows.
Release & Rise Together
Let go of each other’s wrists and bring hands onto your hips.
Engage your core and press through the feet to rise slowly together, vertebra by vertebra.
Once upright, take a deep inhale, reaching arms up, and exhale hands down to heart center.
Close with Stillness
Stand in stillness, noticing the energy between you.
If comfortable, lean back slightly into each other again, feeling mutual support.
