Tantra is devotional, a celebration of transgression and has a long and rich history. People practiced it in two ways: the ecstatic path and the ascetic path. We follow the ecstatic path. Tantra is about embracing every part of life as a spiritual journey. This means finding freedom by fully experiencing everything—our feelings, sensations, and pleasures. Rituals often involve activities like eating meat, drinking wine, and engaging in sex, rather than focusing on giving things up or only praying in a temple. Tantra values the outward senses, feeling over thinking, experiencing over observing, and actively engaging with the world through touch.
